Sign in to your Neospin account, reset a forgotten password or resolve a login problem. Start with the main website below, or go straight to the recovery steps if you cannot get in.
Open Neospin and select Log In
Select Log In on the main website and enter your registered details there.
On this page: Signing in · Password recovery · Troubleshooting · Account support
Use the details associated with your original registration. If you have more than one email address, check which one receives your Neospin account messages before attempting a password reset.
Choose password recovery from the login form and enter your registered email address. Recover the original account to retain access to its balance and history.
Follow the link in the recovery email to set a new password. If the link has expired, request a new one from the login form.
Do not forward a recovery link or a one-time sign-in code to another person. When asking for help, describe the error without including credentials.
| Problem | First check | Next step |
|---|---|---|
| Details rejected | Registered email, keyboard settings and saved password | Use password recovery if the details still fail |
| Login page will not load | Connection and browser update | Try opening the site directly in your normal browser |
| Installed app opens an old screen | Whether the site loads in the browser | Follow the app troubleshooting steps |
| Account restriction message | The exact message and any account email | Contact support; another registration is not a solution |
| Access to registered email lost | Whether your email provider offers account recovery | Ask Neospin support what identity checks are required |
Before clearing browser data, save the error message and make sure you can sign back in. Clearing site data can remove your current session.
Use the same account when moving between devices. Installing a home-screen version of Neospin does not require a new casino registration. The installation guide explains the browser steps for Android, iPhone and desktop.
On a shared device, sign out when you finish and avoid saving your password in another person's browser.
If you cannot open the support page, email support@neospin.com. Ask for help recovering the existing account; creating another account can breach the account rules.
Use the official support page if recovery does not work. Include the account email, a description of the problem, your device and browser, and the approximate time it happened. Add your time zone when the timing matters.
A cropped screenshot of an error can help, provided it hides passwords, codes and unrelated personal information. If additional identification is needed, support should explain how to submit it. The help centre separates account enquiries from payment and game issues.
A rejected password and a restriction message call for different steps. Use password recovery when your credentials are not accepted. If the message refers to verification, a blocked account or self-exclusion, keep the exact wording and contact support. Repeated password resets will not resolve an account-level restriction.
A restriction may require account support rather than a password reset. If you requested self-exclusion, do not use another device or domain to try to resume play. Follow the account restrictions and self-exclusion guidance, including the procedure for asking about a remaining balance.
Neospin.io explains account access; the main platform handles sign-in. Use the button near the top of this page, then select Log In on Neospin. You do not need a separate account for this information site, and you should not enter your password into a message asking for help.
Try your email provider's recovery process first. If that fails, contact Neospin support and explain that you cannot receive account messages. Support may need to verify your identity before helping with account details. Do not create another casino account to replace the inaccessible one, especially if the original account holds funds.
A normal browser tab and a home-screen app can keep separate sessions. Clearing cookies, using private browsing or changing devices can also require another sign-in. Use the same account details. If the sign-in loop continues, record the browser, device and error message before changing settings.
Do not share or forward the link. Open the main site independently rather than following an unexpected message, and contact support if you suspect someone is trying to access your account. If you can sign in, review your account activity and secure the email account used for recovery as well.
Methods vary by account and currency. See AUD payment options for deposit and withdrawal details.
